Gandharva is an ancient Indian style of healing music. As this calming music plays, your therapist massages warm herbal oils into your body in an Abhyanga massage. The massage’s curative oils gently work into the muscles to relax and restore.

Then, your respective Ayurvedic therapists treat you to a full-body Abhyanga massage. As curative oils are worked into your body, you are eased into a euphoric feeling of pure relaxation. After your Abhyanga massage, our best-selling Shirodhara treatment commences. In this treatment, two litres of warm, herbal oils are poured continuously over the third eye. This opens the body to a state of deep relaxation and connects the body and mind at a deep level.
