Cooling Rose Water Lassi recipe

Lassi is an Ayurvedic yoghurt drink, which not only balance your dosha’s but also aids digestion while reducing gas and bloating. Moreover, Ayurveda recommends lassi’s that includes rose water in summer season since rose water has its unique cooling and soothing qualities with compared to other ingredients. Not only that but also rose water is also widely used as a great cleanser and a mood enhancer. Cools and refreshes.


  • 2 cups of organic yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 cup of cold water
  • 1/2 tea spoon of rose water
  • Tiny pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sweetener of choice (honey)


Blend all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes and enjoy!
