Recipe For Green Smoothies
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Stalk of celery
- 1 Apple
- 1 handful of Parsley
- 1-2 leaves of Kale
- 1 inch of fresh ginger root
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 2 cups of water
