
Lemon-and-Spice-Weight-Loss-Tea
The main ingredients included in this tea are lemon, honey, vinegar and cayenne form a classic blend in order to boost the metabolism which results in burning fat. Moreover, vinegar and lemon impart a strong sour taste, encouraging the free floor of bile from your liver and gall bladder to your gut. (Bile is a fluid which is secreted from the liver, which assists to digest food).
On the other hand, vinegar and spicy cayenne together with warm water strongly stimulate digestion and clear mucus accumulations from the stomach. While, honey has natural diuretic properties which helps cleanse the body.
Lemon & Spice Weight Loss Tea is more suitable when you encountered with heavy foods and desserts, due to the fact that it adds a sparkle to the eye and an enthusiastic boost.

Ingredients
- 1/8 tea spoon of apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tea spoon of honey
- Juice from 1/4 lemon
Preparation
Squeeze lemon and add remaining ingredients into hot water and stir. You may use any type of vinegar although we prefer apple cider vinegar for taste.
