Our History
Rita Sagrani opened Ayurvedic Wellness Centre in Sydney in 2011, building the city’s first true home for authentic Ayurveda. Fully qualified doctors and therapists run every session, so you get a correct diagnosis, genuine high-quality Ayurvedic herbs and oils and holistic therapies applied with real skill. That devotion to the client is why Ayurvedic Wellness Centre has become Sydney’s preferred name in natural, holistic healing.
Our highly trained staff bring warmth, compassion and deep expertise to your care, restoring balance and well-being across your mind, body and soul. And we don’t stop at treatment. Ayurvedic Wellness Centre teaches the wider community the principles of Ayurveda, and we’re working toward a bigger goal: opening Ayurvedic clinics and hospitals across Australia so everyone can reach the power of Ayurvedic healing.
In 2026, Ayurvedic Wellness Centre passed into Dr. Deepika Kaushal. She vows to honor the legacy Rita Sagrani began; providing authentic, qualified care that clients have trusted for over a decade while making authentic Ayurveda more accessible to the community.
