Had a fabulous catch up with my four sisters from Melbourne at Bondi Junction, Meriton Suites. Booked us all in for a theraputic, relaxing massage at Ayurvedic Wellness Centre. The whole experience was fantastic! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful hot oil pouring over our bodies and the flowing strokes of the massage. The restorative tea in the meditation room just topped off the whole experience for us all. The staff were gorgeous. Very attentive and ensured problem areas were addressed. We all slept really well that night. Thoroughly recommend this wellness centre. Thank you 🙏

Put simply, Ayurveda changed my life. After a very difficult few years with grief, isolation, a horrid experience with COVID etc, I ultimately ended up with complete burnout. Post burnout, over five weeks I had experienced a debilitating situation where I had physical symptoms of my nervous system being stuck in ‘freeze’, as physically nervous as one could be, without any way to resolve. I tried everything that would normally kick my parasympathetic nervous system into gear, but nothing would work. I was getting more desperate by the day, I was stuck in ‘survival mode’, I had medical tests, all fine, I was prescribed medication, but that didn’t help. I woke up one morning simply near my wits end, with more medical appointments booked in. I was open to anything that might help and I found Ayurveda, I had the Abhyanga and Shirodhara treatments and my mind was blown, it was as though a switch had finally been turned off, the symptoms were simply gone. Everyday I wake up so grateful that this has helped me.

I have been the fortunate recipient of many Ayurvedic massage treatments at the Ayurvedic Wellness Centre. I always emerge feeling rejuvenated, cleansed and full of gratitude. The therapists are well trained and it is obvious that they believe in and enjoy their work. The centre has a beautiful environment and energy in the centre which you notice as soon as you pass through the front door. The Ayurvedic physicians are very knowledgeable and are able to customise your treatment program in line with your individual needs. The herbal medicated oils, made using time honoured traditional methods in India, are quite wondrous and an important part of the therapeutic effect. For anyone interested in rejuvenation and wellbeing I heartily recommend the services of the centre.

Wow, what an incredible massage experience I had at this Centre! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The ambiance was soothing, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive.

The massage itself was pure bliss. The therapist had an amazing touch and really focused on the areas I mentioned needed attention. I could feel the tension melting away with each stroke. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

I also appreciated the little touches, like the calming music and the aromatic oils used during the massage. It all added to the overall ambiance and made the experience even more enjoyable.

I’ve had massages at various places before, but this one stands out for its quality and attention to detail. I recently attended the Ayurvedic centre – first for a consultation on my Doshas, and two weeks later for a relaxing treatment. It’s one of the best things I’ve done in years.
