Your treatment at the centre will start with a soothing foot soak while an Ayurvedic consultant begins massaging the head, shoulders and neck. After hopping up onto the beautifully carved wooden treatment bed, the Udvartana treatment will begin using a full body, light oil massage to completely relax your muscles.
As traditional Indian Gandharva music plays softly in the background, your consultant will apply the herbal paste to your body and work it into your skin, against the direction of hair growth. This helps create friction and heat which stimulates the metabolism and increases circulation, breaking down cellulite and toning muscles. After being wiped down with hot towels, the treatment is concluded in the specially designed meditation space where guests can sip freshly brewed tea and rest quietly as their body and mind recalibrates after their treatment.
