Cancellation Policy

When becoming a client of the Ayurvedic Wellness Centre, you agree to abide by our Cancellation Policy & Terms of business:

Cancellation Policy

• For all standard treatments (excluding detox treatments*):
  • Cash refunds are not given
  • Notice of cancellation must be given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
  • If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the appointment fee is still charged and may be held as store credit for a period of six months, after which the monies are forfeit

*Due to the large amount of preparatory work and materials required for detox treatments, a separate cancellation policy applies for all detox treatments.

• For detox treatments
  • Cash refunds are not given
  • Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to 50% of the total cost of the treatment.
  • This deposit is non-refundable.
  • The remaining balance must be paid by the end of the first session of treatment, or any time earlier
  • Notice of cancellation must be given at least 72 hours prior to the first scheduled appointment, wherein the 50% deposit becomes a store credit of the same amount which is valid for up to 6 months, after which the monies are forfeit.
  • If a detox treatment is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, a Cancellation Fee of $150.00 may be charged. In addition, the 50% deposit becomes a store credit of the same amount which is valid for up to 6 months, after which the monies are forfeit.
• You may have your treatment time shortened in case you are running late for your appointment. This will avoid any inconvenience caused to other clients on our schedule
• We will send you a confirmation SMS 48 hours prior your appointment. This SMS will include the day and time of your appointment. Please call us 24 hours prior your appointment if you wish to reschedule. On the contrary 100% of the fee paid will be charged.

Gift Certificates:

Make sure you have the following information at the moment you purchase a Gift Certificate

Terms and Conditions

• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
• Gift Certificates are not transferable.
• Gift Certificates are valid for six months (Please see the expiry date printed in your Gift Certificate)
• The Ayurvedic Wellness Centre has the right to reject any booking, if the Gift Certificate is not presented.
• The Ayurvedic Wellness Centre delivers its Gift Certificates via Email. Please make sure you check your spam folder. The Ayurvedic Wellness Centre does not take any responsibility if the email do not reach the inbox folder due to spam filters or anti-virus.
• Gift Certificate value or service can be changed if advised with more than 24 hours notice. Any cost incurred for the change like credit card processing fee, postage will be charged to the client.
• Gift Certificate value or service can be changed if advised within 24 hours. Any cost incurred for the change like credit card processing fee, postage will be charged to the client.
• Discounts are only applicable to the items attached and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
• The Ayurvedic Wellness Centre do not refund (completely of partially) any packages or part of packages. The Ayurvedic Wellness Centre may give credit of the remaining value to use on other service or product.
• Credits are not usable against any discounted treatments, gift certificates or offers.
• Discounts are only applicable to the items attached and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
